Supported volunteering
starts with
Pre-volunteering training, which is usually run
over 6 - 8 weeks
one day a week for 2 Hours

Sessions will cover the following topics:

Session 1: Expectations & Support
Session 2: Building Skills
Session 3: Confidence Building
Session 4: Assertiveness
Session 5: Decision Making 'Choices'
Session 6: Support Systems & Final Preparation
